What is the name of this spider? Is it dangerous?

Without knowing your geographic location, I can only guess that it most likely is a harmless house spider in the family Agelenidae. It certainly does not appear to be anything dangerous to humans.

In that case, I retract my original response - In your area, it more likely is a huntsman spider (also known as a giant crab spider). Still not dangerous to humans.
