Looking for species of a landscape shrub used in Tucson landscapes. It is a smallish shrub with small, bluish fuzzy leaves. Blooms are globe shaped and covered with tiny orange “flowers”. Any information?
Shrub identification
The orange ball tree (Buddleya globosa) has flowers similar to what you have described, but it can grow up to 15 feet, so I doubt it is the same shrub you are seeing.
