It's a flea beetle (family Chrysomelidae, subfamily Galerucinae, tribe Alticini), looks like an Omophoita sp. See http://coleoptera-neotropical.org/paginas/3ac_familias/chrysomeloidea/1foto/6Galerucinae/Alticini/5126-Omophoita-abbreviata-Fabricius.gif for an example.
