It's general appearance reminds me of the family Attevidae (see https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/6VAObII3SBWDrtC7JKXR26Y9o7dQZRLzTLva4qACX7Y7nzZueTbGomQ5ofxuV0u5FlHbdQkNgkpoPMPp8_s=s580 for an example), but I can find nothing that matches this specimen.
