I am getting two different opinions. Before it sat in the baggie, the body was whitish and it had a red head. No pinchers in the front, however.

Cannot identify with any confidence from this image, but I can say that it definitely is not a carpet beetle larva. If you find any more, try to get a clearer picture. Also, about how long was it?
