Just started noticing these flying inspects that resemble wasps. I tried to identify online but could not. Do they look familiar to anyone?

It's a wasp in the family Scoliidae; harmless. they are parasitic on larvae of scarab beetles. See https://extension.psu.edu/blue-winged-wasp-scolia-dubia-is-a-real-asset
