Man, you like to post puzzlers! In spite of the relatively few spines, I'm going to go with Tachinidae on this one - just a gut feeling. Unfortunately, the one feature that best separates Tachinidae from Sarcophagidae is difficult to capture in most photographs - it's the presence of a prominent postscutellum (sometimes called the subscutellum) in tachinids. See https://s3.amazonaws.com/classconnection/367/flashcards/1112367/jpg/d8-11-7198crop_1-166E0A743D6457D1F5A-thumb400.jpg and https://www.nku.edu/~dahlem/ForensicFlyKey/Subscutellum.htm
Ha! And me not even knowing it's a puzzler. Excellent links and I will try to look for that feature.
