I have photographed similar ones but no quite the same. 1cm.
Blue-backed Fly
After some head-scratching, I'm going with Tachinidae for this one, in spite of the striped thorax (it appears to have four stripes instead of the three typical of Sarcophagidae). Also, the degree of spininess and the shape of the eyes seem to me more like a tachinid than a sarcophagid. Finally, I have never encountered a sarcophagid with wing spots.
