Under one centimeter. A tiny tachinid?

I'm going to go with Sarcophagidae (flesh fly) for this one, as the 'racing stripes' on the thorax are almost universally seen in this family while not very common among tachinids. I will admit to not being 100% certain, as some examples in these families are notoriously difficult to separate.
