CLOSED: Karner Blue butterfly eggs?

Sorry the plant is wild lupine. This specimen in sand dunes by Lake Michigan. Wild lupine is host plant for endangered Karner blue butterfly. Saw these black things on the lupine. Any idea what they could be?
