At least I think it's a moth.
CLOSED: Most Unusual Moth
This is a moth in the subfamily Arctiinae of the family Erebidae. They are very diverse in the Neotropics (more than 6000 described species); some are excellent wasp mimics – see http://insecta.pro/gallery/24157 for an example.
