Hi, What are these things? First I thought the little orange spiders. But not so much.

The red ones may be velvet mites (family Trombidiidae) - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trombidiidae
Not sure about the orange one.
Thank you. I am finding them in a tote I have fry fish in. I looked, but could not see what adults or eggs look like. Can they live in water or will they eat my fry that you know of?
Velvet mites are strictly terrestrial and they feed on other small arthropods; they will not bother your fish. See https://faculty.ucr.edu/~legneref/medical/jpg/Trombiculidae-life%20cycle.jpg for a diagram of their life cycle.
