Does anyone know what type of bugs are these? We typically find them in dirt and in weeds around summer time specifically in moist locations sometimes.

Cannot positively identify from this video. Could you please just submit one or two clear close-up still images?
I believe that these most likely are springtails, primitive arthropods in the order Collembola. Closely related to true insects, these primarily are scavengers on decomposing plant matter.l
Oh i see, thank you very much. I forgot to mention they're here in California if that makes any difference in species.
When requesting an i.d., one should always provide the approximate geographic location of the specimen (especially as it may not be the same as the requestor's current location), as well as some indication as to the size of the specimen. In your case, location was not critical, as image quality was not sufficient for me to even hazard identification to the family level.
