Problem with dill

I planted dill seeds in a pot about 2 months ago and it was growing just fine. It grew around 5cm and its leaves starting to properly form. Then, the leaves starting having white spots and turned yellowish... now, it almost all dead. I gave it water once a day, is it too much for dill? Also how much sunlight does it need per day? One last thing, the plant was full of mini-bugs...
