Help! Sudden onset of yellow, curing leaves with brown spots

Dallas, TX

Help! Came home from work today to find that most of the plants in my garden have diffuse yellowing of leaves with brown spots and curling edges. None of this was present and they all looked healthy to me on Tuesday evening. Any suggestions of what this is and how to treat it? I've been struggling with a couple of the plants having some occasional leaf yellowing, but never any spots or curling until today and definitely never so diffuse. And even that yellowing had seemed to improve over the last week or so after we started weekly treatments with neem oil, fertilized once, and increased watering to 3x per week for 30 minutes with soaker hose. Would greatly appreciate any input or advice!! Thank you!

Hello,

I get the impression that you are an organic gardener from your use of Neem Oil. It might interest you to know that Neem Oil has been outlawed in the United Kingdom. There is some information on that at this web site.

https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20151023223913/http://www.pesticides.gov.uk/guidance/industries/pesticides/topics/pesticide-approvals/enforcement/products-containing-azadirachtin-also-known-as-neem-oil

I believe the basis for that is that Neem Oil contains a hazardous chemical, Azadirachtin. That is sort of ironic, given that organic gardeners eschew the use of "chemicals", while recommending Neem Oil for a variety of purposes. You have probably guessed that I am not an organic gardener. I am not an expert on plant diseases. Do you have a County commissioner that you can show some samples to?
