Furry additions to my leaves...?

Hi all,

I have some odd furry effects going on with the leaves on a house plant.

I look after it, it's got good indirect but bright light, don't overwater it etc.

Now it's starting to look like this...

any ideas?

Could be dust or it might be spider mites. I would spray the leaves off with some water or take a moist cloth to the leaves to remove the debris.
