I have a bird of paradise, indoors, in a room with average light - I know, not great. But I am trying to keep on top of watering it correctly. However I can't tell if I'm overwatering it, or underwatering it... I've taken some pictures of what is happening to some of the leaves.
any ideas?
bird of paradise - not looking too good
The older leaves of any plant will eventually start turning yellow/brown as it ages. I think your leaves are fine and can be cut off when you decide you want to quit looking at them. If these were the newest leaves then you may have a problem with watering issues.
I usually trim off my older leaves and any bent stems as they become unsightly.
