We live in Central California and have recently started finding these spiders in our house and around our property. Need help identifying if they are dangerous or not?

These are not true spiders, but are related arachnids known variously as solpugids, solfugids, sun spiders, wind spiders, camel spiders, etc. They are not venomous, but can deliver a painful bite if handled carelessly.
