Finally, an easy one from you! - A plume moth (family Pterophoridae); the T-shaped resting posture is characteristic.

Very doubtful. The abdomen of that species (now Hellinsia homodactylus) is pure white (unless scales are rubbed off). Just FYI, there are at least 119 species in that genus reported from the Neotropics (unsure as to how many in Colombia) and many species are so similar in gross appearance as to make specific identification difficult without microscopic dissection.
