Is this an immature Flat Back milipede?
Immature?
It is indeed a flat-back millipede (order Polydesmida) - it might have molted recently. As there are species in at least three families in this order in Colombia that can have an appearance similar to your specimen, I hesitate to attempt a more specific identification.
Thank you Flap.
