Help identifying this insect appreciated! It was seen years back (2007) in Southeastern Pennsylvania. To give you a sense of size, it's on a tomato flower in the one image. Thank you!

It's a solitary bee in the family Halictidae, possibly in the genus Augochlorella - see https://pbase.com/tmurray74/image/124452334 for an example. Bees in this family commonly are known as sweat bees.
