Unusual groundcover ID needed

Hi folks, I have a groundcover that needs identification. Its perennial with fuzzy leaves shaped like a geranium leaf and hot pink flowers blooming right now early May zone 6 NJ. Here's a photo:

I'm pretty sure that is a Geranium sp. with hot pink flowers.
