Plant Identification

Sandstone Point, Australia

My neioghbour has a small shrub/tree that is currently in flower and has a beautiful fragrance. While I am an experienced gardener I do not know what the name of this plant is and I want to buy one, so a any advice as to its name would be appreciated. Brian DJ

Corn plant (Dracaena fragrans) The blooms should be very aromatic.

My Dracaena deremensis (Lemon-Lime) plant was very fragrant when it bloomed. I noted that it smelled like a hyacinth it was that fragrant.

Thanks hcmcdole for your prompt reply. I am familiar with Dracaena's in general, but only had the neighbours photo and wasn't sure what it was. I will visit and have a good look now. THANKS! Brian DJ
