Hi!
I've been pulling out maple seedlings in the front yard, and am wondering whether they are edible - like vegetable sprouts are. They're plentiful and easy to pull out, so it'd be great if I could add them to a salad. I know that one variety of maple is edible - in Japan they deep fry the leaves. I think this variety is Norway maple. Appreciate any advice.
Are maple seedlings edible?
