I think these are the same type. Both found in my south Florida home. I have lived in Florida 50 years and never seen this type in my home.
CLOSED: What type of spider
It's a wolf spider (family Lycosidae) that looks as if it hasn't had a good meal in some time. With few exceptions, these are active hunters with excellent (for a spider) eyesight that do not spin a capture web. They actually are quite common in Florida, and are not dangerous to humans.
