CLOSED: Bright Yellow Spider in Talamban, Central Philippines

Approximately 14 mm long. This spider’s web is “sticky, thick, hard” (as compared to other “average” webs). We can't find any similar pictures on the Internet ANYWHERE! Thank you in advance for any possible assistance with identifying this!
