What will this become.
CLOSED: Caterpillar With Flair
This appears to be an early instar caterpillar in the family Lymantriidae, and as such likely will turn into a relatively nondescript moth. See https://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/sites/default/files/bamona_images/tus_july8_late_c_c_014.jpg for a North American example.
