Hello folks, This year i would like to graft some "eggplant trees" https://deepgreenpermaculture.com/diy-instructions/grafting-eggplant-onto-devil-plant/
There is a great read if anyone wants.
I will get one of the 3 species recommended on that page "(Solanum torvum), Giant devil’s fig (Solanum chrysotrichum) and wild tobacco tree (Solanum mauritianum) are suitable as rootstocks for grating eggplants onto."
I currently have solanum quitoense growing and wanted to know if you guys think this will be suitable?
Also if it is suitable am i amble to fruit the eggplants and the lulos on the same plant? One could buy pretty massive Angel's trumpets. If would be fun to make a solanum fruit cocktail tree on one of those if possible.
photos are not mine**
