Haven't seen this before. A jumper.
15 cm Antennae
As you likely already know, this insect is in the family Tettigoniidae (long-horned grasshoppers, katydids, bush crickets, etc.). It is a female, either a brachypterous (short-winged) adult or a very late stage nymph. If I can find out anything more specific, I will get back to you.
Thank you very much Flap. I noticed the wings were very short.
