Found these weird guys aggregating in my back yard over leaf little and stumps. Any idea what they are? Thanks!

I cannot be certain, but these resemble young nymphs of a plant bug in the family Largidae. See https://www.pbase.com/markb249/image/154212053 for an example. These are not considered serious pests.
