Sorry about the image its not very clear, but what type of spider is this? Found in Devon, England..
Spider type?
It's a Steatoda sp. in the family Theridiidae (comb-footed/cobweb spiders). Those in the genus Steatoda often are called false widow or rabbit hutch spiders and some can have a very painful bite (personal experience). See https://www.uksafari.com/falsewidows5.htm for an example.
