CLOSED: White fuzzy caterpillar - please identify

This is fond of palm leaf where it curls the leaf and 'nests'. Looks like it will have white powder on it. White fluffy hairs... Can anyone identify this?

Thanks EdFlap!! Yes, I've seen the Red Eye skipper in the garden in the past. This is a 2007 image. I don't remember if I had posted this for ID long time ago.

Hi Kell.... Ya, I'm around...... nice to 'see' you too.
A few minutes ago I happened to notice the skipper itself.... surely out of its chrysalis may be a couple of hours ago or less. Here is the picture.... phone shot... my first from it to DG! It was so still for a close up.
