CLOSED: Is it dangerous for humans and/or pets?

It was hanging by a single thread, no web around it or anywhere around it, climbed up when I got close.
I'd like to leave it alone if it poses no threat to me or my cat and dog.

Impossible to identify - All I can say is that it is a male spider, and very unlikely to be a danger to humans or pets.
