Sorry it's not USA it's Europe (South East)
I posted in some EU forums but nobody answered so I also posted here.
In my country there is just a few kinds of spiders like typical small "home siders" and I never saw one like this before.
And we dont have venom spiders only black widow but its SO rare (only few are seen through the years)
Thats why i was suspicious about this one.

It's a distant relative of spiders in the order Opiliones. Commonly called harvestmen or daddy long-legs, they are non-venomous and harmless to humans.
