Hi!
Nay I know which insect builds this kind of "nest"?
At least I had the impression that it was a nest.

I have never seen anything quite like this. One possibility is that it is a cocoon of some kind, in which case, you should find a pupa (or pupal case) if you carefully open it. At any rate, whatever you find inside should tell you the nature of the structure. It does not look like anything that would be dangerous.

Then, the "nest" was opened and inside there were numerous small white larvae.
