Hello, I don't have a picture of this hungry Cat., because I killed it for eating my pole bead leaves. By the time I got back out with the camera, it had turned black from the sun. I can describe it though: About 1.25" long with a dark red head. The body was green, with slight hair. There was a thin red or orange stripe running down each side of this pre-moth or butterfly, head to tail.
It had spun a web around some leaves and I found it hiding in it's day sleeping B & B. The temp here has been in the 90's for a few weeks.
I live in PA zone 5, near Pittsburgh.
Thanks for your help

It might be a bean leafroller, Urbanus proteus (family Hesperiidae) - http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/veg/bean/bean_leafroller.htm
Thank You
