I saw this insect/bee/wasp in central florida just curious if anyone knows what it is. Thanks!

It's a wasp in the family Sphecidae known as a cicada killer. They are not at all aggressive towards humans. See https://www.cicadamania.com/cicadas/10-facts-about-cicada-killer-wasps/
