$20 for this fig?

This fig dropped its leaves due to drying out during a vaca. Someone is selling it for 20. Looks like new leaves are coming in. Worth it? Will it get more new leaves along its stems or just from the bottom up? I’m wondering maybe about cutting and propagating it.
