It's a scarab beetle in the subfamily Cetoniinae (flower scarabs); it looks like a Gymnetis sp. - See http://magazine.pctonline.com/article/february-2019/newly-discovered-beetles--named-after-dragons-in-game-of-thrones.aspx for some examples.
