CLOSED: Which insects are these?

Good question. Although they look like tiny flies, I cannot see them clearly enough to be sure. Could you take some pictures of them off the flower on a plain white background?

Could it be Austroplebeia australis or other similar Stingless Bee?
The plant I believe is a Haemanthus multiflorus.

They could be tiny bees such as those in the family Halictidae (see https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9b/Halictidae_-_Halictus_gemmeus.JPG for an example), but they certainly would not be Austroplebeia australis as that is an Australian species. Also, stingless bees (tribe Meliponini) are tropical/subtropical in distribution.
