We recently moved into a house in Conway, AR (zone 7). We have 11 very large willow oak trees that give us plenty of shade; the prior owners made no attempt to grown a lawn, so our yard is mostly dead dirt. Conway is built on a swamp and the water table is really high in our area. I could really use some help with what grass will grow in shade/minimal sun to give us a nice looking lawn. Many thanks!
