Beetle Blue
These are leaf beetles in the family Chrysomelidae, see https://www.markeisingbirding.com/index/chrysomelidae-sp-leaf-beetle-sp-14 for some very similar if not identical to yours. Unfortunately, they were not identified. If I can find a more specific i.d. I will let you know.
