I don't think I've seen this one before.
A Spider
At first glance, this appears to be a wolf spider (family Lycosidae (see https://www.alamy.com/close-up-of-wolf-spider-lycosidae-species-on-leaf-in-columbia-image279263780.html for an example. However, the more I look at it, the less sure I am (the anterior median eyes look to be a bit on the small side for a lycosid) - I really would like to see a full frontal view that shows the eye pattern clearly.
