Blue Hopper
This appears to be one of the flightless short-horned grasshoppers in the subfamily Rhytidochrotinae - see https://www.markeisingbirding.com/index/opaon-varicolor-short-horned-grasshopper-sp for an example. The so-called 'monkey grasshoppers in the family Eumastacidae can be similar in appearance, but their antennae are shorter and at rest, they usually hold their hind femora at right angles to their body - see https://imgur.com/gallery/UC8Cl2m for an example.
Very good. Thanks very much.
