Hello! I'm new here at Dave's Garden and I'm new at gardening. I want to ask the more experienced how to fix/ help this crepe myrtle that had been trimmed over and over by the previous homeowner to the point that the trimmed area looks like very gnarled knuckles. Please help if you can; I would truly appreciate it, as my internet search has been confusing... :] pics attached
