Are these seeds on my palm plant? If so does anyone want some?
These are seeds right?
I only know what I have read, but I think those are flowers. I assume that is a Chamaedorea palm, possibly a Chamaedorea elegans. This is a common house palm. You need a male and a female palm to share pollen to make viable seed. If your palm and thus its flowers are female, and they get pollinated by a male, then you may get seeds.
Flowers though I do not know if male or female.

Hope this helps.
