It's a tachinid fly (family Tachinidae); all parasitic on other arthropods. Many species (such as yours) are quite spiny in appearance. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Spiny_Tachina_Fly_-_Paradejeania_rutiloides_(Tachinidae,Diptera)_(8208405735).jpg for another example.
