I have the doubt that it is Paysandisia archon.
It's possible?

That certainly appears to be a good possibility, Were you able to see anything about the hind wings when it took flight? - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paysandisia_archon

Unfortunately no, I could not catch other details because it flew away quickly.
I was puzzled because 2-3 years ago I had a Palma Trachycarpus fortunei destroyed by Paysandisia archon and at that time some of them were flying in a different color, more in shades of brown and orange, more like the one on the site you mentioned.

From further information the butterfly seems to be smaller than the Paysandisia archon and the body in the final part is not colored but vaguely resembles a skull in shades of black gray.
I write it even if I do not think it can help in identification.
