Help with my plants! I think it\'s a dracaena?

Hi everyone, I do not have a green thumb AT ALL and don't know what to do about my plants...they seem to die while others in separate pots seem to be thriving but receive the same treatment?!
Do I pull them out completely, or chop them off a bit? Please help :)
