This poor fellow seems to be missing an antenna and a hid leg. What might he be?

It's a type of katydid/bush cricket in the family Tettigoniidae. I have seen several images similar in appearance to your specimen See https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/photo/katydid-camouflaged-colombia-royalty-free-image/88762435 for an example), but unfortunately, none were identified. :-(
